We invited a New York-based artist to create his work on the highback of FLUX's signature model, the DS, which we treated as a canvas.

Dave Aaron was born in Los Angeles in 1970. He currently resides in the Hudson Valley of New York State. He began skateboarding and snowboarding in the 1980s and was sponsored by artist Shepard Fairey's former skateboard company Subliminal, releasing several artist pro model boards. He participated in the NYC anti-establishment art scene in the 90s and 00s, exhibiting at Alleged Gallery, which produced Beautiful Losers, and his wife Hanna Fushihara's apartment gallery, and was deeply involved. He is known for his figurative abstract painting style and use of symbols inspired by calligraphy and action painting. Dave snowboards every day in the winter on the nearby mountains and is always fascinated by snow country all year round.

Moving it one memory forward will tilt the seat forward by approximately 2.5 degrees. This allows for more precise high back settings.
