I tried on some new boots.

For four weeks starting in mid- November, FLUX will be holding test ride events on Wednesday evenings at Snow Park Yeti in Shizuoka Prefecture.

During the event, we had Yeti park producer and FLUX rider Leona Hashimoto try on the new boots.

Last year we had him try on HB-BOA shoes, and this year he chose the updated HB-BOA shoes .

From the moment I put them on, the boots felt so comfortable.

When I put my foot in, there was no pain or anything bothering me.

This is by far the most comfortable innerwear out of all the Flux boots I have worn so far.

When I tried gliding, it felt like it had a medium flex, neither too hard nor too soft .

It hugs your foot securely, the outer shell is minimally rugged, and the binding straps fit perfectly.

Additionally, there are slits in the ankle area, making it easy to bend.

The biggest feature of these boots is the response belt on the upper, which is quick to put on and take off and has an easy-to-adjust tightness , so I can change the way I tighten it when I'm skiing and when I'm preparing the park.

The outer layer of the new shoes is a little stiff, so if you prefer a softer feel, loosen the belt to make it easier to move around.

Once the outerwear has worn in, you can tighten the belt to adjust the flex. This is the only way to wear these boots.

I think it's an all-around boot that has a good balance of playfulness and responsiveness, regardless of the genre .

He seems to really like it, and this year he will be using the HB-BOA in combination with the XF and DS .

This is a test ride event where riders can try out various things.

Many of the customers who come for test drives are enthusiasts and try them out in a variety of ways.

Try different sizes, change the settings, and be amazed at how much adjusting the straps and footbed can change your gliding.

Some even try different bindings on the left and right.

The last event at Snow Park Yeti is next week on the 13th (Wed), but we will also be holding an event at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort in Hokkaido this weekend on the 9th (Sat) and 10th (Sun).

If you live nearby, please feel free to come and visit us!
