- Can you repair my boots?

Boots can be repaired. There are some parts that cannot be repaired. Please consult with the store where you purchased the boots.
- How long does it take to repair boots?

It will take about 1-2 weeks. During the peak season, it may take longer due to the busy schedule.
- Can you repair BOA boots?

For BOA repairs, please use the warranty system provided by BOA (free parts provided).
- What is the warranty period for the product I purchased?

In principle, the warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. For details, please refer to the warranty card that comes with the product. There is no warranty period for service parts, except for initial defects.
- How do I choose the right binding and boot size?

Please refer to the size guide on the product page. This is only a guide, so if you are purchasing our products for the first time, please have a fitting done in store.
- Can I buy 3D compatible discs for BURTON boards?

We are sorry, but we are unable to offer 3D compatible 3H discs as they have been discontinued and are sold out.
- Can I use Flux Bindings with the Burton Channel board?

Yes, you can. Please use the multi-disc that comes with BINDINGS.
